Mrs. E. Helmrich, died at her home in Chelsea, Oct. 27. She had been ill for some time and the immedlate cause of her death was gastritis. Her husband and one son survive her. Mathew Roser died at his home, Ypsilanti, Ootober 30. The decoasod was 73 years oíd. He leaves a wife and suven cliildreu.
