Miss Mary Taylor
Miss Mary E. Taylor, 84, of 1203 Church St., a resident of this area all her life, died Wednesday at a local hospital.
Miss Taylor was born on June 5, 1874, on a farm in Dexter township, the daughter of Agur and Elizabeth Ann Flintoft Taylor. She moved from her farm home to Ann Arbor in 1915.
Survivors include a sister, Mrs. Henry Bareis of Ann Arbor; two nieces, Miss Flora Schieferstein of Chelsea and Mrs. Beth Thompson of Ann Arbor; and two nephews, Joseph Taylor of Lima township and Thomas Taylor of Ann Arbor.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Staffan-Hildinger Funeral Home, with the Rev. Henry Lewis, rector of St. Andrews Episcopal Church, officiating.
Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery at Chelsea.
