Working and schooling from home has required everyone to get a bit creative, and when your JOB is to be a super-creative person, who knows what might come to FRUITION! Taika Waititi is just one such person, and when the prolific filmmaker was staying home during the pandemic, he did what a lot of us did: he started video chatting with friends. But quickly he brewed up a recipe for AWESOME entertainment, including a classic book, homemade sound effects, and the voices of all sorts of celebrities who were also hanging out at home just like us! What transpired was several episodes of reading JAMES AND THE GIANT PEACH (which is also available in our collection as an e-book, with the likes of Meryl Streep, Yo-Yo Ma, and a couple of Hemsworth brothers.
