The main steel work has been completed for the 11-story office building on S. State across from the Briarwood Shopping Center. Work is proceeding on schedule toward completion early in 1974, according to John Swisher III of Swisher Realty, the leasing agent. A one story support facility of 30,000 square feet will be built next to the high rise structure which will include 13,000 square feet on each floor. Retail shops are expected to occupy space on the ground floor. Parking for 800 cars will be included on the site. (Aerial photo by Dale Fisher)
