Offer of Ormand E. Hunt, a former resident of Ann Arbor, to give to the city five acres of land in the third ward, between Spring and Daniel Sts. and south of Sunset Rd., for school or park purposes, was referred to the park committee by the Council last night. The park board said the "generous offer" would provide "very desirable park and playground facilities."
