One landed on us at soccer and we saw several flying around. We have also heard them everywhere!
Awesome!!! I collect cicada shells, and I have 23 of them so far!
There are so many near our tennis courts!
We saw a cicada shell in our backyard
they are SOOOO loud!
Was visiting Bloomington, Indiana when they emerged. They come out by the millions there. They are everywhere. They destroy any eatable vegetation. The noise is extremely loud since there are so many of them and it goes on all day and night. We are lucky here in Ann Arbor where they aren’t as bad as some other areas of the country.
Oh wow. I would DIE.
I saw many cicadas in the trails at my grandparents' farm in the mountains in Pennsylvania.
Saw a pile (hundreds) cicada shells at base of a tree when we were at Washtenong Cemetery over Memorial Day.
I saw shells, I heard a bunch, I took a photo of one, I watched a video on them, I saw one near the stream and I saw one in a garden.
I saw a lot of shells, and I caught one and saw one in my garden
My sister loves cicadas so much, she always keeps every one she finds for a few hours, names them, and then releases them.
