Ypsilanti Area Resident Succumbs At Age of 27
YPSILANTI - Mrs. Nancy Leona Cantrell, 27, of 2002 E. Michigan Ave., Ypsilanti township, died Tuesday at University Hospital.
She was born in Stone, Ky., on July 7, 1929, the daughter of James and Polly Hensley Kinser. She married Grover Cantrell in Inez, Ky., July 9, 1949. They moved to Ypsilanti in 1952.
Survivors include her husband; two children, Grover Lee and Connie Sue, both at home; her parents; seven brothers, Jessie, James, Robert, Eddie, Ronald Steve, Paul David and Timothy Kinser, all of Ypsilanti; seven sisters, Mrs. Virgil Cantrell and Mrs. Fred Williams, Romona Kay, Mary Sue, Ernestine, Brenda Gail and Patricia Kinser, all of Ypsilanti.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Allen Funeral Home in Williamson, W. Va. Burial will be in Hensley Cemetery in Stone, Ky. Friends may call at the Stevens & Bush Funeral Home here until 7 p.m. today.
