Promotion of A. Neil Gustine of 421 Highland Rd. to the office of general manager of Ann Arbor's King-Seeley Corp. was announced today. He joined the company in 1924, became a director in 1930, vice-president in charge of manufacturing in 1937, and has been general manager of Central Specialty Co., Ypsilanti, since its acquisition by the King-Seeley Corp. in 1944.
