APARTMENT MANOR: This architect's sketch shows two of six "L"-shaped apartment buildings that will make up the Van Dusen Manor at 1100-1330 W. Stadium Blvd. Construction work will begin Monday on the buildings which will contain 72 one and two-bedroom apartments, according to Walter D. Van Dusen. He heads a corporation by that name which is to construct and operate the manor, a $468,000 project which will have a playground and off-street parking. The architect is J. L. Hardy of Detroit.
