The Downtown Library will be a stop on the Main Street Ann Arbor Downtown Trick-or-Treating Parade. From 11am to 3pm, visit the Downtown Library and participating Downtown businesses to show off your costumes and get candy! Black and orange balloons will signify participating Downtown businesses.
