AADL Seeks Bids for Roof Replacement at the Downtown Library

The Ann Arbor District Library is accepting bids for roof replacement at 343 S. 5th Ave, Ann Arbor, MI 48104

Furnish all labor, material, insurance, permits, etc. required to complete the following for the project named above.

Scope of Work:

• Remove all rock and properly dispose off-site.
• Install a layer of fan fold recovery board.
• Install a 50 mil Durolast, Durotuff roof system per manufacture's specs for a 15 year warranty.
• Include a minimum of 100' of walkway roll. 
• Must include any crane or equipment costs to load and unload the roof. 

Closing Date:

Bids will be accepted on or before 4:00pm 1/21/2022. All bids shall be hand delivered to the Downtown Library located at 343 S. 5th Ave Ann Arbor, MI 48104 or emailed to len@aadl.org.
