Mark-making refers to the different ways in which we can use lines, patterns, marks, and textures to create interesting and engaging images. In this lesson, explore and experiment with a variety of ways to use mark-making to elevate your drawings. For this activity, you will need a sheet of paper, a pencil, eraser, and assortment of black ink pens.
