Mrs. Bertha Ann Huff

YPSILANTI - Mrs. Bertha Ann Huff, 77, of 596 Campbell Ave., died today at Beyer Memorial Hospital.
She was born in Salem township Oct. 23, 1879, the daughter of Samuel and Mary Ann Clements Wilkinson. She married Frank Huff in Salem March 6, 1904. The couple moved to Ypsilanti in 1925.
She was a graduate of Eastern Michigan College in 1898 and taught school in this area for six years. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Ypsilanti and taught Sunday school there for many years.
Survivors include her husband; a son, Clement F. of Ypsilanti; a sister, Mrs. Jessie Antis of Detroit; a granddaughter, Mrs. Raymond Wolf of Ypsilanti; a grandson, the Rev. Norman F. Huff of Wichita, Kas.; six great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Stevens & Bush Funeral Home with the Rev. William R. Shaw officiating. Burial will be in South Lyon Cemetery in South Lyon. Friends may call at the funeral home. Donations may be made to a memorial fund for the First Baptist Church.
