Which CC will be used for the tournament?

Thanks for your interest in Libray Programming! Qualifying rounds are done at 100 cc and the elimination rounds go up from there.

I don't have a switch, but I really want to attend this event.. are there Nintendo switches to borrow for this event?

Yes! The library will provide Switches. You do not need to bring your own Switch to participate.
