Introduction to Mindfulness & Meditation with Amy Tarrant

All are welcome to join mindfulness teacher Amy Tarrant as she introduces simple mindfulness techniques. This 75 minute long session will include mindful movement, Body Scan, and Focused Attention practice. Please bring with you a yoga mat, small blanket or pillow.
Amy Tarrant has been teaching mindfulness/ meditation for all ages since 2010. Amy has training through Brown University, Mindful Schools, plus local and national leaders in the field of mindfulness and meditation. She is dedicated to cultivating a community that is sustainable in happiness, peacefulness, health, and wellness...one breath at a time.
