The concept and practice of expressing gratitude has been researched for a long time and it continues to reveal that practicing gratitude can lead to experiencing more happiness in all facets of life. In this 75-minute class, you will have the opportunity to learn about what it means and how to practice gratitude.

Amy Tarrant has been teaching mindfulness/meditation for all ages since 2010. Amy has training through Brown University, Mindful Schools, plus local and national leaders in the field of mindfulness and meditation. She is dedicated to cultivating a community that is sustainable in happiness, peacefulness, health, and wellness...one breath at a time.
