Do you want try meditation/mindfulness but the thought of more sitting in your day doesn’t appeal to you? Then try mindful walking. In this 75 minute session Amy Tarrant will lead you through 2 walking meditations and discuss the benefits of mindfulness.

Amy Tarrant has been teaching mindfulness/ meditation for all ages since 2010. Amy has training through Brown University, Mindful Schools, plus local and national leaders in the field of mindfulness and meditation. She is dedicated to cultivating a community that is sustainable in happiness, peacefulness, health, and breath at a time.
