Hi EArst! By any chance, did you just find ONE group of four matching things instead of FOUR groups? In the end, you'll have FOUR sorted rows of FOUR!

I'm also having the same problem I found the 4 matching, but got no points. I also did link my player account.

I got all the puzzles correctly, but I didn't get a code. can you help? Who do I email with my screenshot from tonight? Maybe I will send the screenshot to the main email, just for now, so we can get the points to me ? Maybe you can tell us who we should email though in the future?

GREAT NEWS! When you solve the Scatterlog (with 4 groups of 4 titles), you will get your points AUTOMATICALLY! No need to enter any codes, just bask in the glory of another 100 points!!!

Hi there! It looks like from our end your player account isn't linked! Be sure to click the "Connect your AADL Account" link before you start playing and that should do the trick! :)

Well done! There's not code for this one- it automatically rewards! That being said, I'm not seeing a Scatterlog reward on your player account either. Before you played, did you connect your player account to Scatterlog? If not, that's the issue! Go ahead and follow the prompts to "Connect your AADL account" when you first open a scatterlog session. Then play it again and it should reward you the points!

Hi there! There's a couple things that may have went wrong, but a fix that has been working for a lot of people is to refresh your page, disconnect your player account from Scatterlog, then reconnect your account and try the puzzle again!

Do you get the badge from just one time doing it or do you have to do it multiple times since I did it once and I didn’t get the badge

Hi there! You get the badge for doing it one time BUT you need to make sure your player account is connected for it to properly award the badge! If you are signed into your under account and go to the Scatterlog main page ( https://scatterlog.aadl.org/ ), there is a blue clickable link that says "Connect your player account". Follow the prompts from there! :)

Unfortunately, no, we don't currently have a way to play past puzzles! (But don't worry! If you start that Scatterlog HABIT now, you're not too late to earn all those Contributor Trophies by the end of the game!)

Oops I played without first connecting my account. Went back and did it over. Now I’ve got the badge

Is it possible to get access to previous days scatter logs? My account was expired until Saturday.

Hello I have the scatter log in my account but it is not opening. Do I need to do anything specific to open it?

Scatterlog only allows you to connect ONE account at a time, so you'll have to complete the puzzle for EACH Summer Game player (and switch which account is connected). Thanks for asking, and thanks for playing!!

I'm sorry playing Scatterlog for multiple players has been a challenge! Here are some steps for how to do it! In the upper right corner of the Scatterlog page, click "Select Player" The a popup will appear with all the player names associated with your AADL account. Select one, then play the game, and earn them points!!!!

After you finish the puzzle, and the pop-up comes up, scroll all the way to the bottom of it and hit "play" which will take you back to the opening screen. Click "Select Player" in the upper right again (BEFORE you hit Begin), choose your player, play the game again (bet you'll do it extra fast!!) and earn the points!

Hi Nava! I suspect you need to re-connect your Scatterlog to your Summer Game Profile! Before you hit begin at scatterlog.aadl.org, click on the blue hyperlink that says "Connect your AADL account" follow the steps to connect your account, and then play the game for a THIRD time (I bet you'll know the answers SO FAST!!!), and you should get the points! If it still doesn't work, fill out the form at http://aadl.org/contactus and choose summer game, and we'll put our Scatterlog EXPERTS on the case!
