Are you supposed to do the crossword on the screen or do you just have to print it out and then do it since I can’t seem to get the words in the places where they’re supposed to be

Can we get a hint? I'm filling this out with my kids and no one in my family has any idea for 9 down. We solved all the crosses and that has made us more confused.

Caregivers of this plant will often give them ice cubes instead of regular watering to help prevent overwatering!! It starts with an O! :)
