Description
Join Keith Dickey and a panel of accomplished local nature photographers as they share their tips and tricks for taking successful photos of birds and other wildlife. The panelists will discuss what they think makes a great bird photo and share some of their most successful shots. They will talk about the equipment they use, tips and techniques in the field, as well as how they use software back at home to improve their pictures.
Keith Dickey is an avid birder, traveler, and amateur nature photographer, and Treasurer for WBNA.
Washtenaw Bird and Nature Alliance holds monthly meetings featuring entertaining and informative speakers. The program kicks off with announcements of recent bird sightings and upcoming events. Past speaker topics have included: the impact of climate change on bird populations, birding around the world, butterflies, amphibians, reptiles, endangered species, bird banding, nature photography, and Great Lakes issues with emphasis on birds. Meetings are free and open to the public – you do not need to be a member to attend a meeting.
