Learn about the daily lives of the first Australians: what they ate, where and how they live, their art and music and then make, paint, and learn to play your very own didgeridoo. Presented by Peter D. Harper and Australian music educator Bobbi Llewellyn-Harper.
About the Presenters Trained by Australian indigenous didgeridoo (Yidaki) performers/ dancers: Tookabee and Jungala. A Clan Elder Micky K in Byron Bay gave Peter permission to play the didgeridoo after Peter asked for his blessing. Since that time Peter and Bobbi have worked, trained, performed and socialized with indigenous clans on the east coast of Australia for over 20 years. Peter has also had interaction with West Coast indigenous clans. Apart from Peter being trained to play the didgeridoo, they were both trained by the Byron Bay, NSW clan about Australian indigenous art, concept of creation - The Rainbow Serpent, creation stories of land/ stars and more.
