Three Forsythe Junior High students prepared to cast their votes last Tuesday for their school's representatives to the Washtenaw County Boys-Girls Government Program. The students used a real "live" voting machine, obtained by the Student Council from the Ann Arbor City Hall. Twenty-two boys and girls from Forsythe won the right to participate in the Government Day Thursday, each taking over one of the county offices for a day. From left are: Frances Kerstholt, Erica Sands, Yvonne Taylor, Chris Shallhorn, and (seated) Pam Dalitz and Jackie Lucas. A total of about 400 students in schools in the area participated in the 14th annual program.
