Due to circumstances beyond our control, the opening of this exhibit has been delayed.

Referencing The Snowy Day by Ezra Jack Keats, the walk-through storybook sculpture can be found in the alternate youth play area. It includes a lifesize papier mache sculpture of Peter, the book’s main character, in his iconic red snowsuit. Around him are patterns for kids to follow, mirroring the footprints and tracks Peter makes in the book. The walk-through storybook is a temporary installation meant to be touched and otherwise interacted with.
