Description

The Ann Arbor Camera Club presents a digital exhibit representing artistry and a variety of impressive work from club members. The theme Ann Arbor to Detroit was chosen because there is so much to highlight in Ann Arbor, Detroit, and the places in between. Photography is an art medium with opportunities for realism, experimentation, drama, and simplistic form, and photographs can be emotionally provocative, visually stimulating, or just interesting to look at.

Founded in 1956, the Ann Arbor Camera Club is dedicated to the photographic experience - learning, experimenting, skill improvement, and providing inspiration to each other. All types of photographers are welcome and represented. Club members are interested, knowledgeable, and passionate about the art and process of creating photographic images. Members are from southeastern Michigan and range in experience from beginners to professionals.

The Lobby Gallery Screen is a generous gift made possible by the Ladies Library Association.
