a - ) t Planning#epartment Director -Michael R. Prochaska says that if the city administrator's proposed budget for the coming fiscal year is adopted without change the "planning process will all but cease." He said it will require personnel cuts totaling some $46,135, a reduction of $5,457 in printing and binding and $1,854 for equipment. All departmental publications - including the proposed master plan - would not be printed, Prochaska said. The proposed budget calis for an 18.5 per cent cut, Prochaska said.
