Mack School May Reopen Tomorrow

Mack Elementary School at 920 Miller Ave., damaged by a fire set Saturday night by burglars, remained closed today but school officials hoped fast-moving repairs would permit re-opening the building tomorrow. The school' s business office and the office of Principal LeRoy Cappaert on the east side of the building were tually destroyed by the ' flames. The fire burned fthrough a wooden door leading to Principal Cappaert's office f rom the business [office. Meanwhile, Pólice Detective Sgt. Gregory Katapodis and Fire Inspector Benjamín Zalm Jr. continued an gation of the blaze. Fingerprints and footprints found at the scène of the fire are to be compared with those of possible suspects today.
