Westerman To Get EMU Post

Ann Arbor School Supt. I Scott W. Westerman Jr. was to be appointed chairman of the new curriculum and instruction department in EMU's College of Education, The News learned today. EMU's Board of Regents was to vote on the appointment, effective July 1, today during a regular business meeting. Westerman's resignation a s superintendent of the Ann Arbor School District is effective June 30. It has been known for several months he was one of at least nine candidates for the post.
