Clague Junior High School, under6nstructionyat Nixoá and Bluett Rds., will be nearly identical to Scarlett in design. A bond issue of $4.95 million to cover costs of construction 7 Y t.JUiLSrfQAJ and furnishings was approved by voters ,in June, 1969. Compietion of the city's fifth junior high, named after civic leader Ashley H. Clague, is expected in the fall of 1972. .
