A new negiftiating team for the Board of Education will be on hand tomorrow at 7:30 p.m. for the regular negotiating session between representatives of the school board and Ann Arbor Teachers' Association (AATA). Supt. W. Scott Westerman Jr. said today the new members are subject to approval by the Board of Education. The names will probably be disclosed Wednesday evening. The team will probably be composed of administrative officials instead of school board trustees. This wasi one of the changes recommended by consultants from Indiana TJniversity who examined the board's practices and procedures. The board's negotiating team has included Trustees Joseph R. iJulin and William C. Godfrey and Vice President Robert E. Doe'rr, with Supt. Westerman and Director of Personnel Thad Carr on hand for most of thej aessions. The Board of Education's team is expected to react tomorrow to the AATA's total economie requests which were presented to the board last week. __
