An extremely short agenda will face the Board of Education at 7:30 p.m. tpday during its regular meeting at the Administrative Offices, 1220 Wells. The o n 1 y non-regularly scheduled item which appears on the agenda requests board approval of a change in the building fund report and in the method of paying accounts payable. This item was discussed last week but action was delayed until further legal consultation could be obtainec1. A public briefing session will be held after the regular meeting to review informction on the schools' building program in preparation for setting a date for a bonding election. Dec. 18 is the earliest date available for a bonding election. This date could be shared with the Washtenaw County Intermedíate School District, which has already chosen Dec. 18 for a special charter millage election to finance a proposed county -wide vocational facility for secondary students. A three-part bonding election had been tentatively scheduled for last spring, but was postponed so the board could concéntrate on the millage election held June 10.
