Three persons were elected to the St. Thomas Board of Education yesterday. Six candidates sought the three vacancies on the board. Elected were Mrs. Robert Fogelsong, 172 votes; Bernard A. Pilon, 129 votes; and Fred Brusher, 119 votes. Thomas G. Easthope also .received 119 votes but lost nis bid for the position after a cut of cards broke the tie. Other candidates were William E. Scollard, 105 votes, and John C. Kostelec, 102 votes. The new board members will serve for three years.
