Building-wide discussions of human relations problems at Huron High School were scheduled to be held this afternoon, following a day of normal classes.
Classes also were held as scheduled yesterday.
The Huron High Bi-Racial Committee met last night with Principal Paul Meyers to discuss recommendations for the implementation of seven of the "21 demands" of black Pioneer High School students made in the spring of 1968. Fourteen of the demands were quickly implemented, while the remaining seven have been under discussion for more than a year.
Implementation of the remaining demands was one of the "11 demands" of the Huron Black Student Union last week.
The Bi-Racial Committee is expected to give its recommendations on the remaining seven demands to the Board of Education tomorrow night. The board also will meet tomorrow with five representatives of the Huron Black Student Union.
