Creal Leaving Position With City's Schools
Riehard C. Creal, assistant to the Ann A r b o r Public Schools' deputy superintendent for operations, will leave the local school system after a 20-year association to become a vice president of Lake Michigan College in the southwest3rn corner of the state. Creal, 42, also is chairman of the Washtenaw Community College Board and the winner of a new six-year term on the board in Tuesday's election. His plans to retain his Ann Arbor residency will enable him to remain on the WCC board. In announcing his plans, Creal said today that he intends to commute to his new post with the two-year communit.y college in Berrien County, where he will be vice president for instruction. His appointment is effective Dec. 4. Lake Michigan College has an enrollment of 3,000. The school is similar in nature to Washtenaw Community College.
