A resolution to change the number of school district voting precincts from seven to 35 will highlight the Ann Arbor Board of Education meeting at 7:30 p.m. tomorrow at the Administrative Offices, 1220 Wells. Different precincts have been utilized in past city and school elections, but if the resolution is adopted 30 of the 35 new school precincts would coincide with city precincts. The only other item scheduled for board action is authorization for School Supt. W. Scott Westerman Jr. to issue purchase orders for building projects. A "proposal for free press" developed by high school staff members will be reviewed by the trustees in a 5:30 p.m. public briefing session.
