Teacher Files For City School Board Position

Christopher J. Burke of 814 Carbeck Dr. has filed a petition to run for a position on the Ann Arbor Board of Education. Burke is an American Studies teacher at Ypsilanti High School and presently is working toward his master's degree at Eastern Michigan University. Married and the f a t h e r of three children, Burke graduated from Ann Albor High School and has lived here for the last 30 years. He received his bachelor's degree in business administration from EMU and is now studying school administration. He has been teaching at Ypsillanti High School since 1987.
