Retardation Bond Issue Set For Ballot

TM Washtenaw 1 ate Board of Education has I announced it will put a I ing proposition on the Nov. 2 I ballot for the construction of I a Mental Retardation Service I Complex. I Nick Ianni, superintendent I of the Washtenaw Intermedíate I School District, said the I amount to be voted on will I not be known until the July 20 or Aug. 21 meeting. The project is estimated to cost $2,700,000 and would bring together all programs for severely and moderately mentally retarded children and adults under one roof. The Washtenaw Association for Retarded Children (WARC) would handle the information for the proposal.
