%ANSING - Mrs. Barbara A. Dumouchelle, a Grosse He Republican, has been named by Gov. Milliken to the state Board of Education, ing Thomas J. Brennan of De&rborn. Brennan, a Democrat, resigned from the board, effective Jan. 1, after having been elected a Wayne Circuit judge Növ. 7. Mrs, Dumouchelle, an elementary school teacher for 10 years in Lansing, Dearborn, Detroit and Grosse Ile, will serve through Dec. 31, 1978. She was an unsuccessful candidate for the board in 1968. Brennan was elected to a six-year term on the board in 1964 and, was reelected to an eight year term in 1970.
