Dr. Bowler Elected

Dr. George E. Bowler, head of the city's Concentrated Code Enforcement Program, has been elected president of the Michigan Chapter of the National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials (NAHRO). He was elected at a recent meeting of NAHRO in Muskegon. Membership in NAHRO is composed principally of persons in various cities working in federally-assisted or subsidized projects, It has a membership of some 400 persons.
