County Oks Recreation Consultants
The Board of Supervisors yesterday approved the nomination of 17 persons to form the Recreation Advisory Council. Chosen from area recreation agencies were: George Owers, superintendent of Ann Arbor parks; Allen Rushlow, Milan city administrator; George Anderson, Saline Planning Commission; Jesse Rutherford, Ypsilanti city recreation director; Arthur Klumpp, Dexter villagej Council; Eugene Bentschneider Manchester Planning Commis-j sion; Duane Valerio, Ypsilantil Township Parks and Recreation fl director; Maxe Obermeyer Sr.J chairman of the Joint Ypsiïanti I Recreation Organization; David ILaidlow, director of the Huronj Clinton Metropolitan Authority; IGlenn Gregg, deputy director of jthe Michigan Department of I Natural Resources. Planning Commission direcltors on the council are Raymond I Martin, Ann Arbor, Jerry MorIford, Ypsiïanti, and Tom Fegan, iWashtenaw County. Citizens at llarge on the council are GeneIvieve Gillette, president of the iMichigan Parks Association, Doug Fulton, News outdoor ediItor, and Charles Cares, a landscape architect.
