Des Moines, la., Jan. 11.- The house proceeding were devoid of interest Tuesday. Organization was effected, but too late to receive the message. In the senate two reports were made in the Young-Cassatt case, and Dodge and Woolson occupied the forenoon on a motion to seat Cassatt, but the matter was postponed till Friday. The senate organized in the afternoon and received the message. The two houses will meet in joint convention to canvass for governor. Short inaugural ceremonies will be held Thursday.
