The assignment of Henry Osborne to John J. Rübison was üled in the county clerk's office Mouday together with the inventory of tha assets and claims of creditors and the bond of Mr. Ilobison. The assets are inventoried at 11,181.57 of which the personal pioperty includi ing wheat, farm impletnents, etc, anK.uuted to $1581.5-5 and the book accounts to $5-50.02. The flouring mili and water power is estimated at $7,000,' and a farm of 51 acres valued at 2,000. The estimated amount due creditors is $9,965.60, The creditors to whom amounts over $30 are due are Ypsilanti Machine Works 1749 J. M. Wanner $1,433, V. P. Urown $500, Rosa Long $365, G. Bruklarker $117.23, S. Wood & Co. $66.18, Wines & Worden $86.91, H. B. Dodsley SC7.G2, Charles Rost $300 secured by mortgage, the Ann ArborJSavings Jftink, $3,000, and James Osbonie 33,100. Flyiug rumora of other assighments have been afloat but they were without foundation.
