Mrs. G. R. Williams is on the sick list this week. Mr. O. P. Newcomb and family are visiting friends in Milan. Milan citizens are rilling their ice houses with beautiful ice for summer use. Mrs. Howavd and Mrs. Friend, returned from their New York {2hy visit last week. Mrs. Pinkham is entertaining her sister, Mrs. Gross and son, of Toledo, for a few days. Mr. James Donovan still continĂșes to sell cloaks in his pleasing manner to the ladies of Milan. Miss Allie Harper is pleased with her school and her scholars are delighted with their new teacher. More snow. and better sleighing makes the young people wear glowng countenances in anticipation of such a cozey ride. The Presbyterian Musicale at the residence of Mrs. E. Reynold's, Friday evening, was a fine affair and jreatly enjoyed by all present. A box social will be held at t ie esidence of Mrs. Blinn, Friday ening, for the benefit of the high chool organ fund. A gay time is anticipated by the young people. The Daughters of Rebecca, held a very interesting social at the resilencc of Mrs. Charles Blackmer, fhursday evening. The society is loing a great deal of good in the way of assisting the needy ones in Hilan.
