Estate of Schaible, Minors.

STATE OF MICHIGAN, COUNTY

of Washtenaw, ss.

At a session Of the Probate Court for the County of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Office, in the City of Ann Arbor, on Thursday, the 29th day of December, in the year one thousand eight hundred and eighty-seven.

   Present, William D. Harriman, Judge of Probate in the matter of the estate of Stephen Schaible, ld Schaible and Katherine Clara Schaible, minors.

   Christian Walker, the Guardian of said ward, comes into court and represents that he is now prepared to render his Annual account as such Guardian.

   Thereupon it is ordered, that . Tuesday, the 24th day of January next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, be assigned for examining and allowing such account, and that the next of kin of said ward and all other persons interested in said estate are required to appear at a session of said court then to be holden at the Probate office, in the city of Ann Arbor.in said County and show cause, if any there be, why the said account should not be allowed: And it is further ordered, that said Guardian give notice to the persons interested in said estate of the required of said account, and the hearing thereof, by causing a copy of this order to be published in the Ann Arbor Argus, a newspaper printed and circulating in said county, three successive weeks previous to said day of hearing.

Estate of Mary Jane Johnson.

STATE OF MICHIGAN, COUNTY of Washtenaw, ss.

At a session of the Probate Court for the County of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Office in the city of Ann Arbor, on Monday, the 9th day of January in the year one thousand eight hundred and eighty-eight.

   Present, William D. Harriman, Judge of Probate,

   In the matter of the estate of Mary Jane Johnson, deceased.

   Charles S. Gregory, the administrator of said estate, comes into court and represent that he is now prepared to render his final account as such administrator. Thereupon, it is ordered this Tuesday, the 7th day of February next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, be assigned for examining and allowing such account and that the heirs-at-law of said deceased and all other persons interested in said estate, are required to appeal at a session of said Court, then to be holden at the probate office in the city of Ann Arbor, in said county, and show cause in any there be, why the said account should should not be allowed: And it is further ordered that said Administrator give notice to the, persons interested in said estate, of the pendency of said account and the hearing thereof, by causing a copy of this order to be published in the Ann Arbor Argus, a newspaper printed and circulating in said county three successive weeks previous to said day of hearing.

Estate of Sarah McDonald Millen.

STATE OF MICHIGAN, COUNTY,

of Washtenaw, ss. At a session of the Probate Court for the County of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Office in the city of Ann Arbor, on Thursday, the 12th day of January, in the year one thousand eight hundred and eighty-eight.

   Present, William H. Harnman, Judge of Probate.

   In the matter of the estate of Sarah McDonald Millen, deceased.

   Chauncey H. Millie and Charles S. Millie, executors of the last will and testament of said deceased, come into court and represent that they are now prepared to render their final account as such executor. Thereupon it is ordered, that Tuesday, the 31st day of January instant, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, be assigned for examining and allowing such account, and that the devisee, legatees and heirs-at-law of said deceased, and all other persons interested in said estate are required to appear at a session of said court, then to be holden at the Probate Office, in the city of Ann Arbor, in said County, and show cause, if any there be, why the in account should not be allowed. And it is further ordered, that said executors give notice to the persons interested in said estate, of the pendency of said account and the hearing thereof causing a copy of this order to be published in the Ann Arbor Argus a newspaper printed and circulating it said county two successive weeks previous to said day of hearing.

Estate of Koch, Minors.

STATE OF MICHIGAN, County of  Washtenaw, ss. At a session of the Probate Court for the County of Washtenaw holden at the Probate Office in the City of Ann Arbor, on Thursday, the 29th day of December, in the year one thousand eight hundred and eighty seven.    Present, William D. Harriman, Judge of Probate.

   In the matter of the estate of Mary K. Koch Emanuel Koch, and Eliza B. Koch, minors,

   Comstock F. Hill the guardian of said wards comes into court that is is now prepared to render his annual account as such guardian.

    Thereupon it is ordered, that Saturday, the 21st lay of January next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon be assigned for examining and allowing such account and that the next of kin of said wards and all other previous interested in said estate are required to appear at a session of said court, then to be holden at the Probate office, in the city of Ann Arbor, in said county, and show cause, if any there be, why the aid account should not be allowed: And it is further ordered, that said Guardian give notice to the persons interested in said estate of the pendency of said account, and the hearing thereof, by using a copy of this order to be published in the Ann Arbor Argus newspaper printed and circulating in said county three successive weeks previous to said day of hearing.
