Notice to Creditors.

STATE OF MICHIGAN COUNTY of Washtenaw, ss. Notice is hereby given, that by an order of the Probate Court for the County of Washtenaw, made on the 27th day of December, A. D. 1887, six months from that date were allowed for creditors to present their claims against the estate of Esther Jenkins late of said county, deceased, and that all creditors of said deceased are require to present their claims to said Probate Court, at the Probate Office in the city of Ann Arbor, for examination and allowance, on, or before the 27th day of June next, and that such claims will be heard before said Court, on Tuesday the 27th day of March and on Wednesday the 27th, day of June next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon of each of said days.    Present, Wm. D. Harriman, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the Estate of Mary A. Ottmar, Insane.

   Comstock F. Hill, the Guardian of said ward, comes into court and represents thaat he is now prepared to render his annual account as such Guardian.
