Sale of Talmage's Pews.
BROOKLYN, N.Y., Jan. 24.—At Monday night's auction sale of pews in Dr. Talmage's tabernacle the highest price paid was $740 by S. B. Duryea. Another pew was sold for $540 to Dr. Tucker. The total amount realized was $1,470 more than at last year's sale.
