Hev. Theodore W. Haven, son of the late Bishop Haven, once president of Miohigan University, is missing and his friends are greatly alarmed. He left Battle Creek, wliere lie is pastor of the Cougregational cliurch, to visit a brotherin Illinois. He afterward went toElmira, which he left on January' lOth, for New York City, wliere lie tnaiit'u ui ibajguiuiuu 10 nauie CreeK. Nothing has since been lieard of him. He is twenty-four years old, very studious and eccentric. Ilis resignation was a surprise and was not accepted, but a leave of absence for Utree months granted him, notice being mailed to him at Elmira, where his mail remains uncalled for. He was, of course, in this eity during the years in which his fafeher was president of the Uniyersrty.
