The Grand Rapids express on the M. C. He was at once carried to the baggage room of the depot and Dr. Hendrick'ssummoned. Vogel became unconscious and delenous. The doctor found it necessary at once to umputate the rm at the slioulder joint. The unfortunate man died of nis injuries in the University hospital the name evping. He left a wife and three children the youngest a week old, in poor circumstancea. A coronersjury exonerated the rail rond corapany from blame.
