Supervisors Butts and Gilbert, of the building committee, of the Board of Supervisors were examining the court house last Mondav. They found the roof leaking very badly. ïhere are three bad spots in the court room, the ceiling of the probate office is slightly stained and the walls are being damaged in tlie office of the Register of Deeds, and the whole roof is seen to be in an extremely bad condition. An examinatioa by Hutzel revealed that the original work on the roof had been improperly done, the shfet iron being put on f rom the bottom upward sothat the water runs down inside of it, When the 3ommittee receive this report, they will decide whether or not they will take the responsibility of making the repairs without calling a special session of the board.
