Eddie Guiñan is able to walk around again. Mr. and Mrs. Paul Kress spent Saturday and Sunday in Clinton. Twelvc couples f rom here attended the ball in Manchester Friday night. Leo Staus arrived here Saturday froni Jackson and we learn he is quite sick. Mrs. Mary Bruck, of Illinois, carne here to attend the funeral o" her father, Mr. Weis. We learn that Mr. Davider, many years a resident of this town, but now of Sharon, died Sunday. Mr. John Schettler and Miss Christina Hinderer, were married to-day at the residence oí the bride. Artie B. Mitchell visited school in District No. 9, last Monday and thought it a little heaven of a school. So does the teacher. The funeral of Mr. Joseph Weis took place last Wednesday at the Catholic church, and notvvithstanding the inclemency ot the weather t was largely attended.
