D. C. Fall was in Detroit, Wednesday. Mrs B. F, Watts is visiting friends in Flint. Israel Hall has returned from Central America. Will Groom, of Lansing, has moved back to this city. Miss Mildred Knowlton is visiting friends in Adrián. Miss Daisy Richardson bas returned from East Saginaw. Dr. J. Wile, of LaPorte, lnd., was in the city over Sunday. Mrs. K. C. Barker, of Detroit, was visiting in the city Tuesday. Prof and Mrs. Payne and daughter have gone to Nashville, ïenn. J. T. Jacobs went to Columbus, O., last Saturdav on a several days visit. Mr. N. H. Winans, of Battle Creek, spent Sunday with his family in this city. Miss Harria, daughter of Bishop Harris, of Detroit, is visiting Miss Lois ï. Angelí. Mrs. Edith Hyde, of Miles City, Montana, is visiting her molher, Mrs. N. B. Beers. B. F. Watts was in Detroit ïuesday in attendance upon the tirand Lodge of the Knights of Honor. The Misses Susie and Mamie Moors have gone to Charlotte to take charge of a dress makiug establishmint there. James Barker started for Los Angeles, California, VVednesday niglít, where he expects to remain uniil next fall at least. Mrs. Dr. Dickinson, of Covydon, Iowa,who has been visiting her naother, Mrs. J. Storms, returned borne last evening. Dr. and Mrs. Hamilton Sroith were summoned home from their wedding trip on account of the serious illness of Mr. Jewett. A. C. Hanson wascalled to Puttenay, N. Y., Saturday by a telegram annouDcing the death of his sister, Mrs. Bertba Kaymoud. Mrs. Barney with her httle son Willie, will return to Cleveland tomorrow af ter a short visit with her mother, Mrs. Kinne. Mr. A. D. Seyler has sold his resid6nce on Fourth and Packard streets to Dr. J. C. Wood, who will make his home and office there. Mr. Seyler will probably build a house somewhere in the örst ward .
